The Desk

Dubsar Desk is a cited diligence desk on humanoid robotics. It compiles public primary sources into company and platform files for investment and research teams.

It is not investment advice and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to transact with any company. A figure on the Desk is only as good as the source on the row. Re-check the primary page. How citations work is on Methodology.

Subscription

Pro is $79 per month for one seat. It is billed in advance through Stripe Checkout. There is no free Desk seat and no trial. The price on Pricing is the price that applies when you subscribe.

Team is listed at $399 per month for a shared file of about five seats. It is not on Checkout, and shared seats are not live. Enterprise is a custom quote. Both are by contact.

Cancellation

Cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. The seat stays open until then.

Refunds

Fees already charged are not refunded, except where Stripe issues a refund or we confirm one in writing. This page is that statement.

Acceptable use

Use the Desk for your own research while the subscription is active. Do not share a Pro seat, scrape the HTML as if it were an API, republish the files as a product, or try to bypass sign-in. A structured machine read of the records is not offered.

Intellectual property

The compilation, layout, and Dubsar’s own writing on the Desk belong to Dubsar. A subscription is a license to read the Desk, and to use CSV export for your internal work, while it is active. It is not an assignment of the file.

Short snippets quote a public source. The source page stays with its publisher.

Liability

Citations can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. To the extent the law allows, Dubsar is not liable for decisions you make from the file. Any liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

If a dispute needs a governing law, it is the law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the applicable federal law of the United States. These terms are a plain statement of how the subscription is offered. They are not a counsel’s opinion and not legal advice.
